I just recently looked at My Account here online, and I noticed that it looks like my Pathfinder Chronicles Gazetteer (OGL) Print Edition has been combined with my expected Pathfinder #9—Curse of the Crimson Throne Chapter 3: "Escape from Old Korvosa" (OGL) Print Edition. However, it looks like the Gazetteer has already been shipped last Thursday, even though I have my subscriptions set to hold for Pathfinder subscription.

It appears that there was an incorrect setting in your subscriptions. I have fixed this and refunded the extra shipping and handling charge.
