I happened across this movie while strolling through Blockbuster today. I will say the movie made me laugh and cringe at the same time. It revolves around a 5 Scottish college kids meeting and starting a D&D group. The move then deals with coming of age things such as the guys fighting over the geekie but hot goth chic, bad childhoods, why we play, and even takes a swing at the people who get too "in" to the game. This movie was funny and reminded me of some of my high school days, we tended to fight over woman a lot (I will say we are better looking...yes that's vain). Gamerz gives a very interesting look at D&D and the people that play our weird game. It's fun, entertaining, and interesting. I will warn it is a indy-film and the camera work isn't the greatest at times, but the story more than makes up for that. Check it out if you can, it is in one word Quirky.
