Now, I'm not going to go on about Christmas. I would hate to offend any non-Christians. We don't need any more closed threads. But my birthday comes two days after Christmas. I'm trying to decide what to put on my wish list. Any ideas?
I dunno about you but I want a nice earthy 'clay look' vase for the table in the dining room and a pair of furry 'gorrila feet' slippers, a powerball, a leather easy chair (with magazine/drink holder/massager) a few dvds (including some 'Ahnuld classics' and the new series of 'Peepshow', a new ipod, a pair of bright red (or maybe blue) skinny jeans with yellow patches on the knees like that person had on in town the other day... and a new t-shirt with 'This Beat is Technotronic' (or something equally funny) stamped across it... A new moutain bike -that actually is light enough to run about with over the shoulder if need be!
I'd love a decent bedside lamp as the one I have is rubbish and I would love one of those large beanbags for the corner -oh and another Ed Hopper print for the bedroom. A red union suit with butt flap to use as lazy leisure wear and pretend to be a cowboy in, a new pair of DM boots, a new chest of drawers in dark oak, a new bed in dark oak with some new black and red sheets and a lovely white or grey faux fur throw. Perhaps some new plates and things to match the new mugs I bought the other week...
I'd love a flatscreen HD ready TV for the bedroom to replace the one I broke! Um... I can't find my russian hat anywhere so another would be nice. Some new 'slate' towels and a new body groomer -but like one of those expensive ones that actually last longer than a few months. I'd like a biscuit barrel shaped like a dalek or the T.A.R.D.I.S. A tyranid battle army boxed set and a new range of paints/brushes.
erm... and a puppy dog and a bearded dragon and a holiday and a new pair of glasses and a signed copy of Sandman #1 and a personal maid/assistant/slave to run about doing whatever needs doing in my life that I can't be bothered to do myself -like clean the discoloured tiles on the window sill in the kitchen.
And the Marmite cookbook. and a sneaky kiss on the cheek off Keira Knightly and a big sweaty man hug off Finley from WWe.
