What is the difference between the Wilderness (W Series) and Journey (J Series) of Game Mastery Modules?*
So far 3 of each have been announced and we've only actually seen 1 release (W1).
The Journey Series uses keywords like exploration, but they both appear to involve plenty of travel through the wilderness.
Is the difference that the terrain in "off the map" so to speak for the J series, and the terrain is wild and untamed, but "known" in the W Series?
Is there something I'm missing that explains the difference between the two?
---
*I looked at the modules that have already been announced to make sure I wasn't going to inadvertently duplicate anything in my Open Call query, and I was struck by the similarities between the W & J series. Which means its also important when writing my query to know the thematic difference between the two, which in turn is hard to discern since we don't have a J series module to compare to W1, etc.

W series modules take place almost entirely in the wilderness, that being the typical outdoor setting for the area in which the module is set (in the case of the Open Call, this should be in temperate woods, mountains, maybe on some water... etc).
J series modules take the adventure to a strange and different location that what is normally expected in D&D, such as an egyptian style pyramid, an ancient dragon graveyard, or a crashed sky city. For these adventures, being out in the wild is not all that important, so long as you get to explore someplace interesting and unique.
Hope that helps
