A quick google search turned up:
Forsaken Shell - CR 6
Shadesteel Golem - CR 11
EDIT: There is also a Greater Shadesteel Golem with a higher CR . . .

Forsaken Shell CR6 (advance 15-30HD ... a 30HD layer of skin??)

Steve, Lilith has pretty much every creature listed in most sources with appropriate CRs at her site --> dmtools.
Heh. Yeah, I actually knew that, but you see how much faith I have in the Paizo community to get a quick and accurate answer for a specific game-related question? I got an answer in like 5 minutes. How's that for the information age?!
