What modules will I not get with my subscription?
1) "Hollow's Last Hope" -- I know this one.
2) "Crown of the Kobold King"...? Is this D1?
3) Prequil to "Crown..."?
4) U1 or D0??
Oh, and someone please explain the method behind selecting "D" or "U" etc. for the module series. I know the historical tie; why is "Kobold" "D" and who determines this and how? Just curious.

With a GameMastery Modules Subscription you won't get the prequel to Crown of the Kobold King - D0 Hollow's Last Hope. If you subscribe now the first module you will receive will be D1 Crown of the Kobold King. This was fruther explained by Vic Wertz in this thread.
Olaf and Erik explained in this thread what the letters stand for:
D = Dungeon, W = Wilderness, U = Urban, E = Event and J = Journey.
Crown of the Kobold King being a Dungeon Adventure is labeled D1.
