In the pre-banquet game Handsome Slaughter of Curious Avians, there isn't much to go on regarding how the game is played. Is it assumed the PCs simply won't participate? Which seems odd because it says otherwise right there.
But there are no statistics for the birds, no starting ranges, no mention of number of bolts per crossbow, and not even a mention of the fact that the birds will likely ignore most crossbow bolts fired unless they are silver tipped!
Anyone have any official numbers for this event? Or even the unofficial ones used in other people's games, when they came to this same problem?

Hello Black Bard,
hmm, well corollax are AC 17 and the guests each have 3 rounds to shoot as many as possible, it looks like the cunning Zeech has ensured that only he can hit them unless someone is clever enough to outwit him by having their own silver bolts hidden somewhere very cunning, or perhaps the ever graceful Zeech has ensured that a small quanty of such bolts are available on request. As for range, the corollax fly 60 feet so the heroes are going to have to be pretty quick at downing them even if they start right next to them, which of course may mean they are affected by the creatures color spray. Of course beating Zeech just makes him mad anyway...Hope this helps:)
