Here's a question for the paizo guys. How would you all perfer me to buy your products?
On one hand I know that buying from a game store or book store encourages them to order more stock from you, and that that is something you guys want. On the other hand, I have to imagine you keep more of the proceeds if I buy it off the site here. Is there a difference? If you had a preference, what would it be?
The question applies to things like the Dragon Compendium, but really I put it here because I wasn't sure where it would go.
I am extremely grateful you guys are finally producing a Ecologies book and I want to encourage you guys as much as possible through my purchase of it and through bullying all my friends to buy it in whatever way is most rewarding and to you guys so as to encourage you to make more awesome stuff like this. So how would YOU like me to buy it?

You pretty much hit the nail on the head there. Products need success both at the retail level and online; losing one or the other would cause us problems. I'd just say do whatever is the most convenient for you.
