Shadowrun 4th Edition Street Magic download

I paid for the download, why can't I access it?
The option is highlighted in green and the Personalize option is in blue, but nothing happens when I select it. Is the file not available yet? Please respond as my e-mail to customer service appears to have been ignored.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There was a permissions problem with that file on the watermarking server. I've fixed it.
