I would like to see articles dealing with
New Invocations
New Feats
New Prestige Classes
I would like to also see a article that deals with using pre complete Divine Spells, Prestige classes etc for warlock. While the class details what classes it can qualifiy for, I think that limits the class way too much.

I keep hearing everyone say the current list of invocations is good enough.
"Less is more" does not suit well in D&D, at least IMO.
The more invocations, the more options a player has. I'd hate for a player to see a new invocation and go "Bah! Had I had access to that BEFORE then my character development and background would've been better!" or whatever. I've heard it many times with my players "Now the feat comes out right? Where was it 4 levels ago?"
Then again...thanks to PHB2, players can retrain their characters, though only once per level.

I'll generally let a player tweak his character when new material comes out, even before the PHB2. Sometimes it's as simple as swapping one feat for another; but I've let a player take a character that was a Fighter 5 and turn him into a Marshal 5, because the Marshal class fit his idea of a military-type leader much better, from a flavor standpoint, than fighter did.
That said... I would love to see new Warlock stuff. They're probably my favorite class of the ones released in the Complete books.

Yeah, because we need MORE of that kind of evil. Bleh.
Well, evil or chaos. Warlocks don't necessarily have to get their powers from fiends. There's plenty of room for things that are "dark" without being evil. I could see a Chaotic Good warlock gaining his power from a contract with, for example, an Asura.
On the other hand, one of my favorite (and most frequently referenced) issues of Dragon was the "Evil Classes" issue. I've had a long-running desire to play a Corruptor ever since I laid eyes on the class. There's a precedent for "support" for evil characters and NPCs in Dragon, so I think it would be a great idea even if being a Warlock did necessitate an evil alignment.

I would heartily second such a motion. Even with the current rash of 'Warlock hat' out there I would love to see new invocations, feats etc for this class.

Which was the 'evil classes' issue?

Dragon 312. It included the evil knights, variant assassins, three different arcane classes centered on Necromancy, and so on. I've been wanting to play a Bard-Corrupter almost since I laid eyes on the Corrupter class (he's that guy who sits in the back of the church choir and whispers snarky comments at his neighbor, only worse) and have plans to play a Poisoner at a later date. Immunity to Poison: best class feature ever. Only thing you have to fear when engaging dwarves in drinking contests is getting beaten up by a bunch of sore losers.

I didn't even bother submitting one. I tried to do a rough outline of what I'd want to do and realized I'd need to use half the word count (or more) reprinting rules to do justice for any warlock CA. I didn't think Mike would go for it.
Since we're on the subject..... new vestiges .... what's the best place to query? Spellcraft? CA? feature? I have some ideas I'd like to throw out there but I'm not sure where the best place to send them is.

This is an excellent question that lets me answer a number of related questions. :)
The simplified division:
Spells go in Spellcraft.
Powers go in Spellcraft.
Vestiges go in Spellcraft.
Invocations go in Spellcraft.
Feats go in Class Acts.
Gear goes in Class Acts.
Soulmelds go in Class Acts.
Utterances go in Class Acts.
Magic items go in Bazaar of the Bizarre.
Psionic items go in Bazaar of the Bizarre.
There might be a little play in where things go, but this is the place to start with these sorts of things. Of course, anything can go in Features if you have enough wordcount to justify it. :)

I'd say both. A Feature that gives you ideas on how to play one that is not covered very well in the Class( like saying from a fey bent what invocations to take etc. Also other explanations for warlocks like someone decended from creatures from the Far Realms.
AND Class Acts featuring new invocations and feats.
