I couldn't find the CR for Kyuss anywhere in the module, but how much experience should the party get for completeing things and elimating Kyuss?
Probably for everything, involving Kyuss including being smart and weakening him before the final conflict, the PCs should get expts for a level 30 encounter total at the end. Did I miss this on my first read through?
The thing is that Dieties don't have a CR...so problem there I guess.
I'd go with the EL and work from there.
Gods do not have CR, but in my opinion it would be safe to say that a Gods CR at the level Kyuss is at would be class levels plus divine rank (31), just my idea.
I couldn't find it listed in the adventure how much Experience the PCs get regardless of the CR, did I miss it or is it not there?

It's not there, mostly because it's the end of the campaign. If you're continuing the campaign beyond "Dawn of a New Age," you should award PCs for defeating Kyuss enough XP that they gain a level.
Deities don't have CR scores. According to Deities & Demigods though, meeting and defeating a deity is extremely challenging and should have a Challenge Rating between four and seven levels above the average party level. So if your group's 21st level when they defeat Kyuss, give them XP for a CR 27 award.
