I'm sure this has been addressed before, but since I don't remember seeing it, I'm going to ask. What factors will determine if a hardcover is viable?
Dungeon Circulation?
Sales of the SC hardcover, or even the Dragon Compendium?
An Ennie?
Fan demand?
What can those of us who want to see an AoW HC do to make it happen? I'd definitely buy a copy for sure, even if it isn't realeased until after I finish playing the AP in its entirety, as AoW has had so much good material that can be used outside the AP.

Despite the fact that I am running AOW currently whenever we can get together to play, I would also purchase the hardcover assuming there were extra goodies tossed in along with a little editing where deemed necessary and extra art from Steve Prescott, Eva Widermann and Joachim Barrum. A couple of years down the road I may have a new group and this is the most protoypical yet unique and interesting campaign that I have seen published so it will be used again if I'm DMing. And it would be handy to have all of the adventures in one place. Heck, toss in the Wormfood articles and I'd do my darnedest to preorder it now.

I would imagine that they didn't get the go-ahead from WotC. Possibly beacuse of WotC's plans to focus more on adventures (and thus it would be competition) or because of an imminent 4e announcement (Quaidar ducks thrown tomatoes, exits stage right).

My thought is to start sending weekly emails to WotC showing support for the concept of the Age of Worms HC. Don't worry James and gang, I won't make it sound like 'Paizo says it's YOU GUYS holding up the process!!! Get on the ball!' But I definitely think that an ongoing stream of email/snail mail support for an Age of Worm HC will grease the wheels a little.

I bought the SCAP and would buy the AoWAP and even the STAP without seeing it. The reason? Most of the work of a complicated campaign is done for me. As with many aging gamers (okay, I'm only 35) I have family and work commitments. I love to DM but just can't dedicate the time to develop complicated plot like I used to. These APs do that for me and that's worth dishing out a few quid for. They can sit on my shelf for years but I know that I will use them one day. :)

I would buy the AoW hardcover. I haven't been buying the mags (gasp!) because I've been running a party through SCAP, and it looks like it's going to be another year or so of playing before we get to the end of that, so I didn't want to get all excited about a different AP that I couldn't run for like 2 years.
So I've avoided reading AoW in the hopes that:
a) somebody else would run it and I could play.
b) when the HC came out I could read it all at once.
Note that I said "when." Please make the HC.

Count me in too.
I really prefer the layout of SCAP's HC to the numerous issues of Dungeon and with Age of Worms it be even more Magazines due to the number of Wormfood Articles in Dragon. I would be thrilled if an AoW HC was made available.
Someone asked what we (the community) could do to make this book happen. It seems that Paizo staff would be as ecstatic as most of us would be if this issue got cleared with WotC.
So, I'd like to ask to whom at WotC should we be politely directing this request. I would very much like to see an AoW HC as well as a Savage Tide one when the time comes.

I'll buy it without hesitation. I had all the Dungeon issues for Shackled City, but I don't regret for a second getting the Hardcover as well. It has made running the adventure so much easier than having to flip from one magazine to the other. I've gotten more use out of the Shackled City Hardcover than any hardcover I've bought from WOTC except the Player's Handbook and Monster Manual.

Just a thought: Is there a possibility that Paizo would publish the Age of Worms adventure path in the same format as Monte Cook's 672-page Ptolus campaign/extravaganza? I was certainly impressed with the sheer content included in the upcoming Ptolus book, including a CD-ROM with over 350 pages of material. I would purchase something similar for Age of Worms at pretty much any cost.

There is a bit of good content on these forums, re-writes of blackwall keep, extra encounters, notes on how to handle things. Might need to send a few emails to get full permission/as a courtesy to those that posted the great ideas- plus the suplements plus the error/editing correction: I think there are plenty of good reasons for doing a Hardcover of Age of Worms. I imagine most of those who missed issues will have sorted that out buy within a 2 or 3 months of the last issue so Paizo is not doing it's self out of much I would think.
Secondly.. I'm lugging a CD (with the supps, maps, sound files, music, pics) and 20 magazines!!! every time I want to go through my campain material- so 1 hard cover- I'll pre-order!

I've stated this in another thread, but it can't hurt to mention it here as well. I would definately purchase a hardcopy or AoW if it was produced. I would even preorder one just to make sure it was produced it that's what it takes. I would also be willing to pay for the inclusion of the Worm Food articles in the HC if that is possible.
