Maps and pictures of the "new" Cauldron?

Shackled City Adventure Path

Now that Cauldron is going to have a crack, a waterfall, and some missing, or new structures, will there be a new map of the city? Or artwork of the volcano with the new waterfall and river?

After investing so much time into the campaign, I'd like to see how it looks... and my players are going to want to know also. Their characters have spent their entire careers in and around Cauldron... you can't destroy part of the city and think they won't care!

I plan on continuing the adventure in Cauldron for a few more levels past the adventure path, and it'd be nice to know how every looks like.

Me too.

Yeah, I would love to keep Cauldron around in my Forgotten Realms games from now on.

I'd like to see a new map of Cauldron as well.

Will Dungeon ever run another adventure in the "new" Cauldron?

Maybe, you could even just give us a new map online?

I agree 100%. A new map is a must.

Yup.

...and it should be a huge fold-out.

West has changed the map a little since the first fold-out, eg. House Rhiavadi, The Brass Trumpet, House Vhalantru. Need a new fold-out, without the deep Northwest shadow, makes details difficult to see.

Also a cooler looking area map. the original is lame.

I would very much like to be able to show my players what the city of "Cracked Cauldron" looks like (well...OK, I am very interested too).

If, of course, the players are going to be...otherwise occupied...after the last installment, then maybe it's not so important (but I'd still like to see it).

It would be helpful to those that would want to continue to run our game in the reshaped Cauldron.

*Bump*

Does anyone know if there is a map and/or picture in the works? Maybe we can get one as a web enhancement, if it didn't make it into the magazine.

A post-"Thirteen Cages" map of Cauldron is an excellent idea.

Unfortunately, it won't be manifesting any time soon. If we compile the adventure path into a stand-alone product, we'll certainly be adding more material to make it more cohesive as a whole. The inclusion of an after-explosion map of Cauldron in such a product is a strong possibility.

As of today, though, no such map exists, so we can't just send it out as a web enhancement.

We'd also love to include a more colorful area map of the Cauldron region in such a compilation product. Although, being the one who drew the current area map of the Cauldron region as a nod back to "White Plume Mountain," I must admit to having a soft spot in my heart for the current "player's handout" version of the area map. ;-)

I don't care what they say I like the area map as it is. Its got a certain charm that is quite undeniable.

Sincerely,

There! Now will you let me write for your silly little mortal magazine?

Why not present it in Dungeon instead of a map of mystery?

I agree with Tony Ranger. You can make the map. West is very talented. All we need is a one page keyed illustrated map of post-"Thirteen Cages" Cauldron.

Cauldron as a city is the focus of all my campains.

please give us more!
