My point was that all those other powers, if they were ranged, were limited to 30 feet. The fact that force missiles do not have to make a touch attack roll(or any kind of hit roll) doesn't sound like a point in favor of it having longer range than spells it is supposed to be comparable to.

That bold text seems pretty clearly to me to be talking about how the force missile hits, that is to say: always.
From the magic missile description:

wrote:
The missile strikes unerringly, even if the target is in melee combat, so long as it has less than total cover or total concealment. Specific parts of a creature can't be singled out. Objects are not damaged by the spell.

Also if you look at any of the other wizard school, or sorcerer bloodline powers that give a ranged touch attack it's always 30 feet. Why would this one be different?

It auto-hits it's target, as magic missile:

Force Missile (Sp): As a standard action you can unleash a force missile that automatically strikes a foe, as magic missile. The force missile deals 1d4 points of damage plus the damage from your intense spells evocation power. This is a force effect. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

There's nothing about it acting like magic missile in any other regard.

The evocation wizard's force missile does not list a range. Should it be 30ft. as most other wizard school features(acid dart, blinding ray) or medium range as magic missile(100+10/level)?

The confusion stems from the fact that shadow dancers get poorly worded rogue talents:

At 3rd level, and every three levels thereafter, a shadowdancer gains a special ability that allows her to confound her foes. This functions as the rogue talent class feature. A shadowdancer cannot select an individual talent more than once. If a shadowdancer has the advanced talents rogue class feature, she can chose from the advanced talents list instead.

So you could easily have a bard/shadowdancer with rogue talents that are based on his rogue level of 0.
