I was wondering if I could get a refund on this order, as I placed it back in November and none of the items have arrived. I can't keep waiting for replacements, as I was hoping to have these items way before now.

Thank you Katina. I was also wondering, if all of the items are shipped together, would it be possible to get reimbursed for the shipping and handling that i paid before, back when my order was suppose to ship in (i believe five?) different shipments?

I still haven't received any items from this order (6 items total in the order), which I placed Novemeber 2nd.

I've noticed that the status for my order has been pending since November 2nd, and the status hasn't changed since then. I'm anxious to give the items in the order as gifts, and I was wondering if something can be done to speed along the process?
