I concede. It wasn't worded right I think. THe PHB 3.5 mentions heavy and light loads, but not the Pathfinder RPG book. I do think it needs to be worded a little better.

I have no idea what I am going to do with dwarves when I start running some form of Planescape setting.

I assume that the ability only works up to the dwarf's maximum load. This should be clarified, I agree, but I don't think the intent is to have dwarves carry entire castles on their backs.

That would help.

Dodge is lame. +1 AC until your next turn is super lame for a Feat. Dodge could also add to your tumble check. In fact, dodge sounds more like turning Tumble into some kind of Feat. Perhaps merging the Feat and the Skill or adding bonuses to both for having them both.

I think you missed the point of the post.

THe 'slow and steady' racial ability of dwarves needs to be modified. I can see a group raiding an entire castle and placing it all on the back of the dwarf. Since he can keep moving it only makes sense to bring one dwarf who can carry so much stuff and then pack it all on the back of the dwarf.

As for the planescape comment, I am thinking of any player that has a dwarf and then grabs the world s/he is holding onto, opening a portal to a different plane and taking the held world (because s/he can still move just fine) into the different plane, and then becomming a god/ess.

Slow and Steady sounds cool, but it makes the dwarf a bag of holding with a battleaxe.

Druids should not get the turn undead ability. They should receive a Turn or Rebuke towards animals and vermin. Or perhaps they should pick a creature type and be able to turn or rebuke that - but they should not have the ability to turn or rebuke undead.

Turn Plant - yes!
Turn Beast - yes!

Turn Humanoid - no!
Turn Outsider - no!

Will a print of this version ever be available again? I just started with Chapter 1 hoping to find a good module to run with a group.

Man - everyone loves chapter 1!! I want to continue, and while we are not finished with Chtp. 1 yet I'd like to be ready. I hate PDF's for more reasons then are worth noting.

EDIT: I guess I can just look for a used one if you don't want to reprint it.
