How do you determine the spellcraft dc check at the end of creating a wondrous item?

I was wondering if I have a +2 greatsword and then use my divine bond and get the +1 from it could I for instance use +2 for for Flaming Burst? or would I be forced to only be able to use the Divine Bonds +1 and get a +1 property?
