This is probably a stupid question, but this is the first time I've played a gunslinger and I need to know this definitively.
Does the Dodge Bonus granted by Nimble get added to the CMD or just the regular AC?
Nimble itself just names the AC: "Starting at 2nd level, a gunslinger gains a +1 dodge bonus to AC while wearing light or no armor."
So I'm hesitant to add it to CMD, though I think I probably should.

On Myrmidarch, the spells used for Ranged Spellstrike. Those can be touch spells, ranged touched, or both? The wording is a bit confusing.
