With the new rules from all the books.... can some one with the feat "leadership" has gotten a troop with many low level npc´s???

hello we have a doubt about the charge action.
if some one charge form point A to the point B.....
but its another enemy just aside in the charge line ( C ):

the "C" enemy make an atack.... the charger "A" loose the DX bonus againt the "C" enemy?
