Looking for a couple adventurers for a crossover d20 shadowchasers game. All are welcome.

Well Met,
I DM two groups in Green bay . The Sunday group could use another player.
A few notes about our games:
1) We use the 3.5 Dungeons and Dragons rules to the best of our ability
2) Most WOTC products are acceptable for use. Some material from other gaming companies may be allowed on a case by case basis. Currently, psionics are not allowed.
3) Wed. and Sun. are two different groups with all different members. I tend to use the same adventures for each with slight adjustments to individualize and compensate for the differences. They can be quite different, but do sometimes share story-lines.
4) Dress up should be reserved for LARP and Halloween, so we don't dress up or go to extremes.
5) Sunday usually plays about 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
6) We play at players homes who are willing to accommodate.
7) I have been playing since 1979 when I was young. I started DMing seriously shortly after 2nd edition came out. I still like to play when I can. I have played every edition of D&D and many other games too numerous to mention. When DMing I allow most things from WOTC products and am a pretty easy going impartial refree type. While I have played many other games, I always end up back at D&D.
8) We play in an evolving home-brew world where creativity is encouraged. Its a relatively normal world where most things are possible. The best part is it is not overwritten like some settings and doesn't cost a thing.
9) Most of my players are more roll player than role player. From time to time there is some good role play, most often in the Sunday group. Bonus experience is awarded for good role play, good background for your characters, etc.
10) There has been a wide range of skill (0 to 30 years of experience) and age (14 to 42) in players. Currently, the Sunday group ranges in age (23 to 38) all with years of experience.
11) All I am looking for in players is someone who loves the game and can be a steady player.
12) The group has been playing in this campaign for over 3 years.
13) The characters are good aligned and range in level from 15 to 17.
14) I like to trust my players to roll up their own characters before play. Since most players like to play better than average characters, it is fine to make them accordingly. Several have just used 18,17,16,15,14,13 while others have used character programs and rerolled hundreds of times to get good scores. I usually just modify the monsters to adjust for the extra powerful nature of the players. Characters will start play two levels below party average and prestige classes are fine. Give them approriate gp to start. After buying normal items, magic items can be purchased at DMG listed values (no one item over 1/4 total starting gp without DM permission). A player that dies will be able to start a new character two levels below party average.
15) For HP, you can roll until you don't beat your last roll. (IE. you roll a 3 on the d10 for your fighter. You roll again to see if you can beat the three and you get an 8. You roll again to beat the 8 but get a 5, so your HP is 8) If that would up your HP, its ok as the monsters are also elite examples.
