How did you handle the influence system for this book? Any changes?
And I am a bit confused about this part:
"The entire party is assumed to work
together, so influence rounds include every character"

So is it 1 roll for the entire party, or does each member roll and increase influence each "round" ? And does it increase for each member or only once each round?

Been trying to prepare chapter 1 of book 3, and I am not sure what the deal with YSHULA is

What does it want from the players, and when does it want to give them the key?

Says it will give the players the key if they are allied, but what do it want the players to do?

We are about to start book 3, There are only 3 PC's, and me as GM.
These are the deaths so far:

Name of PC: Draven ’Zombie Fodder’ Stonebridge
Class/Level: 2nd-level Ruffian Rogue Wrestler
Ancestry/Undead: Human Dhampir
Adventure: Zombie Feast - Graydirge Bank
Catalyst: Cockatrice
Story: He heard a rumor about the bank being closed, and maybe there could be something valuable in it still.
Tryed sneaking in, set of trap that summons Cockatrice, ran away. Came back with on of the other PC's, triggered the same trap again, tried to kill it, but got turned to stone.
Is now standing as a statue in their house

Name of PC: Idara
Class/Level: 6th-level Laughing shadow magus shadowcaster
Ancestry/Undead: Cavern Elf
Adventure: Graveclaw - Pagked
Catalyst: Decrosia
Story: They had a hard fight against Decrosia, she went down to a bullet in the head, healer was also down, the last standing PC ran away.
Decrosia died to ongoing bleeding damage, but it was too late, the healer survived but the Idara did not

Name of PC: Doktor Frank
Class/Level: 7th-level Undead Sorcerer medic
Ancestry/Undead: Human
Adventure: Graveclaw - Yled
Catalyst: Nathnelma
Story: The party fought well against Nethnelma and their assistants, but when Nathnelma was close to death, they casts Toxic Cloud to devastating effect, almost killing the entire party in one go.
1 PC left standing, trying to drag the other 2 out of the cloud, but only able to save one of them.

Current Party - Level 8:
Lilly: Small human girl - Vampire - Undead Summoner
Aurun Black: human - Vampire - Fighter
Marel Carso: Skeleton - Undead slayer -Thaumaturge
