+1 for this being my favorite thread of them all. I am considering creating a high-level campaign based off of this.
I was also looking at Cheliax, since it is one of the most powerful countries in Avistan, and between the three different APs where players can fail, Cheliax would be an utter wreck, and if we take a page from Alleran's book we find that Cheliax is in no shape to take part in the Inner Sea Alliance. Quite frankly, I can't figure out what happens to Westcrown.
Westcrown is in a three way tug of war between The Thrice-Damned House of Thrune (probably the loser), House Drovenge (takes over the city in Council of Thieves), and the Glorious Reclamation (takes over the city at the end of Hell's Vengeance.) I do believe the Glorious Reclaimation would team up with the Inner Sea Alliance, though.
I could picture House Thrune fleeing and reestablishing themselves at heavily fortified Corentyn.
This is all also taking into account that Unity's broadcasts are brainwashing people into pawns, so some of these countries that are still sovereign (looking at you Druma, Nidal) may not be so sovereign after all.
For some off-map action, the Jade Emperor rules most of Minkai (and spreads out from there) in Tian Xia, and south of Avistan in Garund Ydersius leads his serpentfolk army against the flying pyramids of Hakotep.
I hear Arcadia is nice this time of year.
