I just read the part of the sticky thread about not using both methods to contact customer service. I apologize for that!


Hello,

I sent an email to customer service earlier, but as a new Paizo customer, I wasn't sure of the best way to contact, so wanted to also post here just in case.

I received the Pathfinder ACG Mummy's Mask Base Set last month as part of a larger order (ordered Mummy's Mask, Wrath of the Righteous, and Skull & Shackles collections).

I have finally been able to open all the game boxes to do a quick check of the contents and found that in the Mummy's Mask Base Set, the Adventure Deck 1 box and set of (5) polyhedral dice are missing completely.

Is there a process by which I could receive a replacement of the missing components in question?
