The wording for some of that stuff is hairy. That line says "as long as the specific item permits it" which says to me that a thing's book entry should specifically say one way or the other, but most don't.


How so? I not trying to argue, just to understand for future issues.

From the info in some other posts I've searched through, a tiefling can buy an ifrit's Fire Ink, and a non-goblin can buy Mellowroot.

Nothing I can see in the Mask's description says anything requiring an oread.

My example: Can a human buy a Mask of Stony Demeanor that's under the oread's items?
