About hugen Stone

Hugen Stone was born into the tenth generation of Golarion’s most prestigious Dwarven mining community. Hugen is the firstborn son in his family, he has five younger sisters. His family, especially his father, had very high expectations for Hugen's developing strength to dig greater expansions deeper into their mountain home. However, the community quickly began to notice that the harder Hugen would push himself the more painful his avoidable accidents would be. Hugen's tolerance of pain quickly surpassed his strength and intelligence. His constant head and body traumas meant that 80% of his early mining career was spent tending his wounds and keeping an eye on the underground canaries used to detect for poisonous gas. He began spending much of his time with the medical staff in his community. All his sisters quickly overshadowed Hugen, outperforming his mining abilities by leaps and bounds. His sisters had to defend him from constant bullying. To add insult to injury Hugen's beard was late to bloom. For two decades it grew oddly multicolored and patchy. A traveling Elven Priest of Desna took notice of Hugen after one of Hugen's debilitating accidents. The Priest noticed that as he channeled positive energy to heal young Hugen the positive energy began to resonate between Hugen's glowing, now fully grown, beard and his holy symbol. That night the Priest (through Commune) understood that Hugen was in some way destined to serve as one of Desna's chosen. Hugen's father was thrilled to hear the news and was quick to send Hugen as far away as possible for whatever training the gods desired. Over the years it became painfully obvious to Hugen's teacher that there was no training the boy. The easiest way to deal with Hugen was tasking him with hours of meditation, Hugen definitively displayed his inability to retain any of the Knowledge, Languages and Spellcraft most basic to Clerics under the now High Priest's tutelage. Wherever Hugen goes Chaos and Good as sure to follow... Sorry for the mess.
