I did reach out to customer support and was told Paizo Advantage was replaced with Paizo Plus. I am not interested in the gamification of obtaining gold and applying it to future purchases to get the discount that was previously applied automatically, so I cancelled all six of my subscriptions.

This was my exact fear. Yeah, I'll be cancelling my subscriptions. That really sucks Paizo. I understand the business decision to do so, but that really guts me. I've constantly sung praise about how worth it is to get the subscriptions based on this to my play groups, and I'll no longer be doing so.

I'll still gladly support by going to my LGS, but I won't be purchasing via subscriptions or the store anymore, especially with the cost of shipping.

This may have already been covered. I was a previous subscriber with 4 subscriptions and had the 15% discount for having those. I recently re-subscribed to 5 subscriptions before the change to the shop.

From looking at the shop - is the only way to get the Paizo Plus 15% discount is by spending $750 in total in the new shop?

So now there's really no benefit to signing up to the subscriptions anymore, until we've spent $750 in the new shop?

ETA: If this is indeed the case, really not the end of the world. I was debating on if I wanted to resubscribe anyways as I also want to support my local game store and prove that there is a market for Paizo products. So if so, I can just cancel and keep getting books in person.

Personally when I run my games I allow players to cast low level spells using a higher level slot, not as an upcast but as burning a higher level spell just like in other editions. I once had a GM do the same for me (I love playing sorc / oracle) when I needed to cast heal, but I only had it in my 2nd level and hadn't at the time made it a signature. At that point I realized it did allow spellcasters more versatility, but it's also something that rarely ever comes up.

I was having the same troubles, so I came to this listing to see if anyone else was having them.

I read through the last page, and it seems like they're updating prints and the pdfs, which is probably why we can't download them at the moment.
