Is there a phone number to talk to Customer Support or someone that can help with the store?

I was sent an Alpha invite today and when clicking the link in the Goblinworks email, which appears to be automated, I get this error: "Invite has already been redeemed."

If this is an automated system from Goblinworks, how can I get a key that has been redeemed already?

I'm starting to think the gods are working against me as far as Pathfinder goes. I posted earlier today that I couldn't make an account upgrade purchase from the GW Store due to being unable to add a payment method because of error. /sigh

Anyway, I'm very excited and looking forward to getting in game soon.

I'm not real sure where I should be posting this. Can someone point me in the right direction if this needs to go somewhere else?

I am trying to purchase an account upgrade from the goblinworks store. I can add the item to the cart and then click check out. The page indicates I need to add a payment method. When I click Add Payment Method I get a popup window that contains red text stating: Missing or invalid token.

I've tried a couple of different browsers with no luck. Is this a common/known problem right now or am I just 'lucky'?
