As per the title, please cancel my AP subscription. I will miss my regular AP fix turning up every month, and my irregularly used subscriber discount, and my Charter Subscriber tag; but I've gradually and eventually come to the truth looking at my overloaded gaming shelves which is that I've already got more than enough Pathfinder AP material to last me a lifetime (21 x6 part APs!) - so with volume #126 now shipping and marking the end of this AP - that's me done. Thank you for lots and lots and lots of great gaming material.
Are sets 4, 5, 6 and more in the works? When might we see them?

Hi. Is any shipping info or a tracking number or postage/shipping reference number available on this shipment? Hi, I placed two seperate orders today (#1646431, #1605639). Just received an e-mail saying they are shipping in one package. Please send these as two seperate shipments which is what I specifically and by choice paid for. As a combined package they will incur VAT charges on import as their combined value is over the trigger level for HMRC - if you cant seperate the order in to two packages then please cancel and refund the whole order. I'm trying to order some Pathfinder minis - all of which are due to be released in August and are thus currently on pre-order. They are in my cart no problems - but when I try ancd check out the system breaks down my order from one shipment into seven seperate shipments, so postage costs suddenly become ridiculous. I don't know if this is a bug or a 'feature' of the website, but it is very annoying and is stopping me from placing this order. Help appreciated - I want to buy stuff!

Hi. I've now receieved both parts of this shipment - and the books are all great. Unfortunately however the Bestiary has taken a right battering at the hands of the various postal services involved in getting it to me. Once corner of the spine is badly crushed where the packing materials don't seem to have protected it when dropped or mishandled, and about an inch of teh spine is actually torn.
Is there a problem with this order - it doesn't appear to be making any real progress towards shipping any time soon. Thanks

Just received this order today. Looks like it has taken one hell of a battering in transit. The packaging has done a pretty good protecting the contents - but not 100% unfortunately. Pathfinder 24 is intact and fine, but Qadira is very badly crushed and bent across one corner where the packaging has eventually admitted defeat and given up. Could I have a replacement copy please in with my next subscription order? Many thanks.
Is anybody else in the UK or Europe having problems recently with delivery of their Pathfinder subscription orders? Deliveries used to take between one and a half to three weeks, but recently things seem to have gone to pieces. I've yet to receive PF #20 - a replacement was put in the post on June 4th after it was officaly declared MIA. Same day my copy of the OOTS book War and XPs shipped. The book arrived today - but no PF as yet. And, I've yet to receive PF #22 - shipped 11th May and as yet no sign of it arriving here. So, is it just me or is there something about PF subscription shipping with USPS that is different, more problematic, or has changed recently?

Hi. I've got three orders outstanding with Paizo (2 subscriptions, 1 normal) and I'm starting to get a bit concerned about the oldest of these. 1152372 was posted 31/3, and has yet to arrive. Concerned as I've already received stuff posted much later (10/4) by other US retailers and eBay sellers.
Am I able to apply my subscriber holiday discount code to order 1080568? If not can you please cancel this order and I'll reorder when teh book is available. Thanks.
The only shipping option I get for this is $50. I know the box set is packed full of stuff and thus pretty heavy, but is this right?

AS per the title. I'm worried about order 1034580 - I know it's not technically overdue as yet but my Paizo orders normally arrive pretty quickly, and I have already received order 1038865 which was despatched four days later.
Should this be shipping by now, or have shipped? My pre-order (916306) has been sitting at 'pending' for an age - I'd like some reassurance it isn't lost/held in the system as it was ordered alongside the 2009 main rules release. Please.

I've placed a few of these in my shopping cart, but I'm getting some crazy shipping quotes. Individually $9.35 S&H to the UK using USPS, sounds OK. I'd like 4 items please - so thats $36+, which is a bit steep (since the items only cost $32 between them) or if I combine them and use the 'cheaper' USPS shipping option (the only one available from the store) that S&H quote goes 'down' to $40+ in shipping !!! I'm interested in buying the 4 items, but as it stands S&H is a killer. I can't imagine these bags are particulalry heavy so I'm hoping this is a bug that can be fixed. If it isn't please let me know. Thanks.
Hi - Please cancel my Pathfinder Modules subscription. No reflection on the quality of the product - which is great, it's just I've already got more 3.5, OGL, and Pathfinder material than I'll ever need/use and I simply can't justify subscribing to product lines I'll never use (or possibly even read) I'm staying with Pathfinder APs (and supporting products) as my ongoing fix of adventures for D&D/Pathfinder.
