Honestly scaling items can really be some of the coolest things to have because they really open up items to be more than just another stat as well as for other reasons.

So if players found a really old ship adrift in space or they couldn't buy a model made this century ect and the computer was old would for example the Artificial Personality (if it had one) become less socially aware or is it something that has been that way for hundreds of years now?
This might be something you're not allowed to talk about yet or will be covered in the book but since there will only be 1 attack or 2 attacks at -4 will there be dual wielding guns. I'm personally not a player who's into this and none of the players I GM for anymore really try it but I was wondering if dual wielding pistols is just more damage or is it more attacks, if it's even possible.

Looks like Con, Wis, Cha to me for the +2/+2/-2 Hard to tell but the only one I'm not confident in is the middle one being WIS. EDIT: I'm now almost 100% after seeing a different picture.
Yeah let me clarify something real quick. They were currently IN said Warchief's settlement, they were working against him to overthrow him and had a replacement they were working with.
The people killed/they fought were members of the Warchief's military, the settlement was going to be taken over by a different Half-Orc. The Tavern was also their base of operations as it were... I mean that's usually where it is in these types of games. Thanks for all the responses btw.

My Opinion:
Obviously it wouldn't be severe or anything but there are plenty of other actions that have built up but they were all small stupid things that didn't warrant any punishment but were worth noting. This however felt very evil and cruel. Addendum
