So my character was crit by a severing weapon. I used my resilience to lower the damage enough not to lose the arm. However my DM says the severing ability ignores damage redustion for cutting off limbs. So Im wondering if resilience counts as actual damage reduction, since is reduces damage from all sources and not just physical.
