Zuruuk was born and raised in Carpenden. The town's entire economy is based on agriculture. From wineries and vineyards to olive plantaions and forestry, the town depends on nature and as a whole respect the bounty of Golarion. Zuuruk took this a bit farther than most. He truly did his best to give back to the land in equal share to what he took from her. He was a natural in the vineyards, and had made his way as a viticulturalist. He would use herbs and ointments and other knowledge to keep the vines healthy and the wineries moving.
Even though he was doing well for himself, Zuuruk couldn't help but feel like there was more that he could do. He knew the tales of the druids in the Taldoran section of the Verduran. and so giving up all he had earned in human society he made his way to the Isle of Arenway. He was not accepted, much to his dismay. The druids however let him remain through the year as he did his best to be helpful and productive to the grove. After a year had passed he was surprised when he received a summons to the Isle proper.
Through his determination and persistence he had proven his devotion to Golarion and the keeping of the natural balance. He slowly learned from the elder druids and applied their knowledge of nature to his own.. He discovered new, more potent ways to bring about healing and balance to plant and animal alike. He also spent time studying martial combat to defend both himself and the balance he was sworn to protect. After 4 years of study and training, the elder druids sent him to Varisia, a land in dire need of restoration. Making his way through the land, speaking with other druids already here, he comes to Magnimar to start getting answers for the council.
