We are eh.. looking for some loyal Sczarni brethren in this new "Exchange", see. I don't know about your type eh.., I don't like those outsiders that keep popping up over my homeland, but you just look like a uh.. bird. That could be eh.. useful for us, if you catch my drift. I don't trust this new Al'Hakam that's in charge, but we need to use him to our advantage, see. He seems too legitimate, I can't always be ready to pull out some diplomacy and eh.. show him my knife skills, see. Just help make sure that Qadiran agenda is the eh.. one we Sczarni want, and you'll be more than welcome in the Exchange.

We need to make sure this Al'Hakam character doesn't hamper our uh.. business opportunities, see. Us Sczarni need to stick together, see.. and make sure we don't get stamped out by those Qadirans or worse yet those outsider Aasimar and Tieflings that seem to be appearing by the hundreds, eh. I've got some diplomacy for them right here if you catch my drift, see. Diplomacy a few daggers to the ribs, that'll show them how much we appreciate our operation being taken over, see.
