Yes. He knows Zeph's identity and Zeph already figured it out too but for various reasons they have not acknowledged that relationship to each other though Toff was the one who secretly paid for Zeph's tuition. So they remain formally headmaster and graduate. "Greetings, Headmaster. It is Zeph. Graduated several years ago. With honors." Zeph then looks Toff straightly. "Why the urgency to produce a winner now that you'd bend the rules, Headmaster?" ![]()

"I would not be a very loyal graduate if I forgot that fact," Zeph tells the secretary. "Would it be possible to purchase some things I need? GM, Can I roll Knowledge (History) to know something about the others? Perhaps a tale or two I can confront them with hehehehe Turning to the others, Zeph says, "I am pleased to make all of your acquaintance. For those of you that I have not had the pleasure of going on a delve, I am Zeph, a graduate of this school." Zeph waits for Silas to answer the question about the Breaching Festival before adding, "The Breaching Festival is a once a year event in this school where contestants attempt to breach warded halls of the school. As you may gather from that and this school's reputation, the event is quite serious and lethal. And I don't recall any recent winners." Zeph notices Erik, "Ah, Erik, great to see you. The Headmaster roped you in too in this little event. Last I saw you, you were on the trail of some dragon or another." ![]()
![]() Reporting for duty. Thank you thank you Mathpro. I don't think Silas and I will be getting on each other's toes. Aside from the spell component pouch any other mundane item I should bring along? On a personal note, I live in a different time zone from most of you. Philippines to be precise. So I will be awake when most of you are asleep, please bear with me. I have been gaming since highschool (way back in the 80s) but I have not been in a face-to-face game since 2007, as all my gaming buds moved away. (Though I have an L5R game set on Sunday) Nevertheless I have been involved in PBPs since that time, playing DND, Pathfinder, Warhammer, Paranoia, Call of Cthulhu, etc. Timeline-wise, do I assume correctly that the game is set after the Curse of the Crimson Throne AP? Again, thank you for choosing me. |
