About Zarqual

Was born in the town of Zimar on the Jalrune River in the Kingdom of Taldor. My father is a Priest by heart and traveled the inner sea and beyond spreading the faith of Desna. My four brothers and sister all lived on the road with my father. My mother died when I was still young and her body rests in a cemetary at a temple of Desna. At a young age among the traveling I was possessed by a fiend and forcibly made me murder a commoner out of pleasure, it still haunts me to this day and I still get the feeling the fiend lurks in my depths (Haunt Curse). I still have mixed feelings about if it was the fiend or me that enjoyed it. My father and his clergy cleansed my soul through a trial by fire that now scars my body. Ever since the ordeal my family never looked at me the same and always made me feel uncomfortable. Which led me to strike out on my own adventure in search of new travels and sunrises. Maybe find something that will put the curse fiend within me to rest for good. I'm from Taldor, but I'm a Keleshite by birth. Have brown hair, golden eyes and dress much like a man. Most of my body and part of my neck/face is burnt. I wear boots and clothes that befit my raising, a holy halfling at heart and soul.
