When you start a campaign, there is a Gameplay/IC(In character) tab and a Discussion/OOC(Out Of Character) thread. There will also be tabs for info, recruitment, players and some other stuff. I have never really started one, but if you ask almost any other DM, I am sure they can explain. Probably some of the other players can as well.
