Thanks for all the input.
The armor question sounds like an issue of personal preference and playing style. I think I'll try wearing masterwork Tatami-do armor for a couple scenarios and see how it works. (As an aside, I like the idea of going prone at the end of your turn during a ranged fight. Might not be worth the loss of rapid shot, but something to keep in mind.)
I think I'll get some adamantine weapon blanch and make up a few adamantine/cold iron arrows to cover that DR. And then a cold iron katana (and maybe a silver heavy flail) to cover DR/Slashing and for those times that you just can't five foot step away. (Luckily I learned my lesson about walls and corners against normal skeletons, but difficult terrain can be impossible to avoid.)
So, any other small things you would suggest? I'll probably pick up a few toys to annoy casters and GMs, like a smokestick or two, a thunderstone, some shard gel (instant caltrops!) etc. An efficient quiver would be handy, but I won't have the fame until I survive another adventure, and it would probably slow me down on getting those Bracers of Falcon's Aim.
