Kobold Racial Abilities
Normal Speed Kobolds have a base speed of 30 feet.
Darkvision Kobolds can see in the dark up to 60 feet.
Armor Kobolds have a +1 natural armor bonus.
Crafty Kobolds gain a +2 racial bonus on Craft (traps), Perception, and Profession (miner) checks. Craft (traps) and Stealth are always class skills for a kobold.
Light sensitivity Kobolds are dazzled in areas of bright sunlight or within the radius of a daylight spell.

Oracle Class Abilities
Curse (Deaf) You cannot hear and suffer all of the usual penalties for being deafened. You cast all of your spells as if they were modified by the Silent Spell feat. This does not increase their level or casting time.
Battle Mystery
Class Skills An oracle with the battle mystery adds Intimidate, Knowledge (engineering), Perception, and Ride to her list of class skills.
Bonus Spells enlarge person (2nd), fog cloud (4th), magic vestment (6th), wall of fire (8th), righteous might (10th), mass bull's strength (12th), control weather (14th), earthquake (16th), storm of vengeance (18th).
Revelations
Skill at Arms You gain proficiency in all martial weapons and heavy armor.

Seeker Archetype Abilities
Tinkering +1 Seekers often look to ancient devices, old tomes, and strange magical items in order to learn more about their oracle mysteries or sorcerous bloodlines. As a result of this curiosity and thanks to an innate knack at deciphering the strange and weird, a seeker gains Disable Device as a class skill. In addition, at 1st level, a seeker adds half his oracle or sorcerer level on Perception checks made to locate traps and on all Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). A seeker can use Disable Device to disarm magical traps. If the seeker also possesses levels in rogue or another class that provides the trapfinding ability, those levels stack with his oracle or sorcerer levels for determining his overall bonus on these skill checks. For an oracle, this ability replaces all of the bonus class skills he would otherwise normally gain from his mystery.

Background:

Yrdex hatched just seventeen years ago deep underground in a kobold mine. He learned the ways of his people, hiding in dark corners and ambushing unassuming prey. Two years ago, a Brass dragon cleared out the cave Yrdex lived in to make it his home. She killed everyone Yrdex ever knew, but by no intention of the dragon, he was spared. Yrdex made his way to the surface for the first time in his life to escape the destruction behind him. Upon reaching the sunlight, A thunderous roar knocked him on his back. A dragon stood before him, shining so brightly, Yrdex could hardly look at it. It spoke directly to his mind without making sound. "You have been chosen. The blood of dragons flows through your veins, young one. Take my light. Do not hide anymore. Though you are small, I will make you great."

Then the dragon disappeared. The world was silent.

Yrdex can be a bit dogmatic at times, but he tries to be gracious toward other religions. Though he has been embolden with a divine purpose, he still bears a portion of the timidity inherent to all kobolds. He cannot hear, but can read lips and is able to speak, as his deafness came about only two years ago.
