Can you apply the feat Precise Shot to spells that are rays? The feat says can apply to a ranged weapon. On page 214 for the Pathfinder Core Rulebook, it reads rays are treated as ranged weapons. I would like to make a Spell Caster that specalizs in ranged spell attacks. Thank you for your imput.
