RACIAL TRAITS:

Abilities: Syrinx gain a +2 bonus to Wisdom but suffer a –2 penalty to Dexterity.

Pride: Syrinx receive a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against mind-affecting effects.

Nocturnal: Syrinx gain a +2 racial bonus on Perception and Stealth checks at night.

Lightning Flash (Su)

As a standard action, you can unleash a flash of electricity. This flash deals 1d6 points of electricity damage + 1 point for every two wizard levels you possess to all creatures within 5 feet of you and dazzles them for 1d4 rounds. A successful Reflex save negates the dazzled effect and halves the damage. The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 your wizard level + your Intelligence modifier. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

DESCRIPTION:
6" tall grey and brown feathered humanoid body, slender, humanoid arms with fine feathers. Hands have scaly palms and manicured claws. Large wings (~20' wingspan) scaled lower legs, talons on feet. Broad owl head, very large golden eyes covered by smoked glass goggles. Ylmen wears a leather harness on his torso which usually rests below his feathers.
