The Exchange

So I'm going to pick up running a campaign we haven't played for a while, and I was thinking I'd rebalance encounters a bit. The party consists of:
A 11 Barbarian with 3 mythic tiers. Also has the Leadership feat, granting him a 9 Oracle of Life.
A 10 Barbarian with 3 mythic tiers.
A 5 Fighter/5 Oracle of Battle, also with 3 mythic tiers.

What would you guys say is the APL of the group? Should the Leadership cohort be included in the APL? What would you guys suggest as a good CR encounter to challenge the party?

Thanks for everyone's help!

So I'm running an encounter for my party right now featuring 3 Mythic Bodaks and a level 9 Mythic Cavalier, who also happens to be a vampire. Yeah, the campaign has been getting a little dark lately. Anyway, I'm confused by the Bodaks' Death Gaze ability. Am I correct to assume that it counts as a gaze attack, and thus the players would have to save against it every turn they're looking at the bodak (i.e., not averting their eyes or wearing a blindfold as in the core rulebook under the Gaze attack section)?

And if that's the case, does the save for the negative levels happen every time the Death Gaze goes off, or is it the type of negative levels where you get the save after 24 hours? I'm a bit confused, and would appreciate any help you guys could give me.

Scarab Sages

So I've got a party consisting of a 10 Barbarian/Mythic Tier 2 with an 8 Oracle of Life Leadership Cohort, also Mythic Tier 2, another 10 Barbarian/Mythic Tier 2 (This one's built around defense, whereas the first Barb is entirely damage-dealing) and a Fighter 6/Oracle of Battle 4/Mythic Tier 2 in my party at the moment.

My problem is, the party seems to walk through every combat I can think of for them. The first barbarian slashes the hell out of everything with his Keen falchion and his healbot Oracle cohort channels positive energy every turn, usually without even moving from her spot. The other Barbarian is built around being an iron wall of defense with a 15-foot reaching spear, and the fighter is there to pick up the pieces.

I'm looking for a couple bits of advice. First, what cr should I be designing encounters for them? From what I can figure the APL of the group is 11, using the method described in the Core Rulebook. If I add the Leadership cohort's levels to the party that would bump the APL up to 13. Should I be including the levels of a Leadership cohort when I'm determining the APL? And what kinds of encounters do you guys suggest to provide a challenging, but fun experience for the players?

Thanks for all the help!

Appreciate the help.

This is my first time playing any RPG, and I'm a little confused as to the specifics of character creation. I have the Core Rulebook, but it's a little...daunting, and I'm having trouble finding the answers.

When you create a character, how many feats do you get? I'm trying to create a Monk, and I see on the 3.10 table on page 58 that I get a "bonus feat" every few levels. Are these the only feats I get, or do I get a normal feat every level?

Any other tips/advice you guys could think of would be really helpful, I've got my first night of Pathfinder Society Play this Wednesday. Thank you for your help, and happy adventuring!
