Description:
Yahn is a muscular and healthy-looking young man, quick with a smile, or failing that, a spear. He was born in Galt, but when he was a small child, his parents fled with him to the River Kingdoms, where he was instructed in the art of alchemy in peace. However his parents would often spend days at a time sneaking back into Galt to rescue others, leaving him with other families in the town of Gralton.

Yahn always intended to follow in their footsteps. When they failed to return from one of their missions, he was not dissuaded, but instead focused on building up his skill at arms for when his alchemy and lies failed him. Soon he started going on missions of his own, and despite some early successes, he quickly found he was out of his depth. After a few near misses with the Gray Gardeners, he chose to seek his fortune elsewhere, and return when he was more practiced. He heard tales of oppression in the far north, well beyond the reach of the Galtan revolutionaries, and thought that it might be a good place to ply his trade, so he took to studying the area in preparation for infiltrating the area.

However, working with so many desperate wealthy people gave him a taste for coin and the things it can buy. Though he chastises himself for it, his purse is always in the back of his mind when he answers a cry for help.
