No Trace: DC to track the ninja is increased by 1. Additionally, she receives a +1 bonus to stealth and disguise checks made when standing still for at least 1 round. These bonuses increase by 1 for every three levels. {currently at 2}
Uncanny Dodge: Cannot be caught flat-footed, nor does she lose her Dex bonus to AC if the attacker is invisible. She still loses her Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized or if an opponent successfully uses the feint action against her.
Light steps: When taking a full round move action, the ninja can ignore difficult terrain, move over dangerous surfaces without taking damage, cross over liquid bodies as if they were solid, and does not need to make acrobatics checks to navigate slippery surfaces.

Special Abilities:

Drow Racial Spell like abilities (Sp): 1/day can cast the following spells using character level as caster level: dancing lights, darkness, and faerie fire.
Ki abilities: As long as she has at least 1 point in her ki pool, she treats any Acrobatics skill check made to jump as if she had a running start. At 10th level, she also reduces the DC of Acrobatics skill checks made to jump by 1/2 (although she still cannot move farther than her speed allows).

By spending 1 point from her ki pool, a ninja can make one additional attack at her highest attack bonus, but she can do so only when making a full attack. In addition, she can spend 1 point to increase her speed by 20 feet for 1 round. Finally, a ninja can spend 1 point from her ki pool to give herself a +4 insight bonus on Stealth checks for 1 round. Each of these powers is activated as a swift action.

Backstory:

The Drachyilin family is one of the noble Drow houses of the Darklands. They have long lived in the twisted tunnels and warrens which run under the island nation of Talingarde.

Vyllaria, much to her mother's displeasure, was always a bit of a renegade - the tomboy of the Drachyilin family. While her sisters were being groomed for nobility themselves and the eventual possibility of running their own houses, Vyllaria preferred to practice her swordplay, often adventuring into the upper layers of the underworld where she would ambush Deurgar workers for fun. She eventually became quite good at it, being able to strike a single target and disappear before any of the brutish beings could raise the alarm.

All drow houses venerate the Demon Lords, and each house tends to revere one lord in particular. The Drachyilin family had the long-standing tradition of worshiping demon lord Nocticula. Vyllaria, being not very devout herself and resenting any heritage her mother would force upon her, began experimenting with other beliefs, tending towards the lawful evil deities rather than chaotic. She became fascinated with Achaekek, the patron of the fabled red Mantis Assassins, whom she learned of from those of her people who would from time to time venture to the surface world to scout out settlements from which to harvest slaves. But when her parents discovered this, they were furious. The assassin worshippers of Nocticula have long been at war with the Red Mantis Assassins. The appropriate response would have been death or exile. However, since she was the daughter of the house matron, it was imperative that the matter be handled discreetly, so as not to bring any shame to the family.

Instead, she was given a mission; to infiltrate the surface region of Talingarde and cripple its government, to allow for the Drow nation (her family specifically) to take over. She was given this mission in order to to remove her from her own society, and to save her parents' embarrassment.

Being well acquainted with subtlety and espionage from an early age - as her family's matron is the demon lord of lies, seduction and trickery - Vyllaria learned how to keep her thoughts secret, a practice which became useful as she began to explore other deities.
Eventually she ended up on the surface and lived there among the surface dwellers for a number of years, studying their societal structures, learning their language and attempting to assimilate to better perfect her disguise.

While she lived on the surface she learned of Asmodeus, the devil-king of Hell. She became a follower of his cult, now worshiping two deities, whose portfolios quite nicely matched her own interests. Achaekek fit her need for cruelty, pain, and the honourable death, while Asmodeus filled her with deceptive guile and charm, useful tools for an agent of espionage.

After years of theft and deciet, murder and fraud, she came to hear of a sensitive document that contained the names of certain persons of import. It was being held in the house of a certain Talirean noble. She broke into the noble's house to steal it but the job went bad. The noble found her, and blocked her path of escape. She was forced to kill him, but was still captured before she could get away, which landed her in Branderscar prison with a death sentence on her head.
