I'm in the process of converting two of Paizo's adventure paths (Skulls and Shackles and Carrion Crown, specifically) to 4E D&D.
My group recently ended playing Legacy of Fire (which everyone loved) but while the general consensus is that Paizo's APs are our favoured option when it comes to published adventures (literally nothing comes close, quality-wise) we felt a bit burnt out of the system itself and some of it perks.
We're having a lot of fun with 4E recently and so we decided to try and run some of the APs we still miss with it. Another DM in our group is running Kingmaker with 5E (but I feel he's discovering it may not be worthy to convert there, since 5E feels like it has most of Pathfinder's problems while also having a tiny fraction of the good, crunchy stuff).
So basically the question here is: how does Paizo see these conversions? Because I'd like to discuss the stages I'm going through while converting the adventures, ask for feedback and eventually even share the conversion guide in PDF form, and this feels like the best place to do so, but I don't want to start something the authors of the game (and the APs) aren't keen on seeing on their forums.
Thanks in advance!
