Physical Enhancement (Su): You gain a +1 enhancement bonus to one physical ability score (Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution). This bonus increases by +1 for every five wizard levels you possess to a maximum of +5 at 20th level. You can change this bonus to a new ability score when you prepare spells. At 20th level, this bonus applies to two physical ability scores of your choice.

Telekinetic Fist (Sp): As a standard action you can strike with a telekinetic fist, targeting any foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. The telekinetic fist deals 1d4 points of bludgeoning damage + 1 for every two wizard levels you possess. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

Backstory:

Viktor Magnus grew up in the bustling city of Dulwich, a place known for its proximity to the treacherous Salt Mire. The city, though vibrant, was often plagued by crime, and the city watch was always on high alert. Viktor’s father, a respected blacksmith, instilled in him a strong sense of duty and justice from a young age. Following in his father’s footsteps, Viktor joined the city watch at the age of 18, determined to protect his home and its people.

For years, Viktor served diligently, earning the respect of his peers and superiors. However, the watch faced a significant setback when their seasoned wizard, Aric Thorne, was brutally murdered by a gang of criminals. Aric had been a cornerstone of the watch, using his magical prowess to aid in investigations and combat. His death left a void that the watch struggled to fill.

One fateful night, while patrolling the old wizard’s quarters, Viktor stumbled upon Aric’s hidden spellbooks. Intrigued and driven by a desire to honor Aric’s memory, Viktor began to study the arcane arts. With no formal training, he found the process slow and challenging, but his determination never wavered. He spent countless nights poring over the ancient tomes, practicing simple spells and incantations.

Viktor’s progress was gradual, but he soon began to see the fruits of his labor. He could cast basic spells, which proved invaluable in his duties. His newfound abilities allowed him to track criminals more effectively, uncover hidden clues, and protect his fellow watchmen.
