About Victor the Devil
BACKSTORY
Victor was born on the hard streets to an unknown mother and a father whose initial optimism about his tiefling condition had already started to slide into alcoholism and depression. Lacking any sort of acknowledgment or structure at home, Victor joined local groups of street toughs, admiring their no-holds-barred and often violent outlets for a rage he too felt. Street gangs learned to accept the kid with the blue skin and devil horns as a ready recruit into their own illegal lifestyle. Victor has been using this as the outlet for his own repressed anger for years, until he made the mistake of damaging an indetured servant of the local mob boss. Now he finds himself needing a large infusion of cash to pay off Caribana before an example is made of him.
