About Varnoc Hapkoon

Varnoc Hapkoon is a legends for the Spectres. Anyone that wishes to join the ranks must first pass his test. Officially the "White Dragon" is a retired Spectre but in actuality he is the closet thing that the Spectre's have to a commander. If he says jump the entire Universe will listen. Since the comings of the Reapers he has been acting as General for the Joined Military Unites. While Commander Shepherd tires to convince the races to build his special Catalyst, General Varnoc pushes them the build more war ship. While He fundamentally disagrees with Shepherd he does still respect him. He has started to put together Special Operations groups and teaming them up with a Spectre. These new Spec Op groups have had great success in holding off the Reapers and another is about to be formed.

When:

When? The campaign takes place 7 years after the start of the Reaper Wars. After Commander Shepard brought the race's together he was fanatical about the completion of the Catalyst. He soon got a message about the Leviathan's. He travel and found the old ones that created the Reapers in the first place. He was informed about the true nature of the Catalyst. it wasn't a weapon. They then informed the races about a way to turn the Catalyst ingot he first made mass effect relay. Retired Spectre Varnoc Hapkoon put a team together that redesigned the Catalyst into a weapon. The largest mass effect gun. When Shepard lean red of this he went nuts. He ear a strike team that tired to kill Varnoc and end his changes to the Catalyst. During the final fight between the too Shepard realized what he was doing and feared that he was indoctrinated. Instead of killing Varnoc officially he turned his gun on myself and ended his own life. Once news spread that Shepard had died again the alliance that he created almost fell apart. Varnoc stepped in and held them together long enough for the gun, now named "The Shepard" to be completed. With there new found fire power and alliance with the Leviathan's they retook the Turian home world. Soon strikes again other taken home world were set up and much need support was given the the brave resistance fighters. This war is far from over but now we might have a chance at winning. Spec Ops team are being created to clear the way for the main invasion fleet to retake the lost home worlds. All under the guidance of the "White Dragon" or General Varnoc. You are part of these teams. Show the Reapers that we will never give up. Show them that we can and will end them as they tire to end us.
