Special Abilities Shadow Weapon (Su), Shadow Weapon Training (Ex), Venom Projection (Ex) (6/day) , Raging Drunk (Ex), Martial Flexibility (4/day), Rage (7/day)
Shadow Weapon (Su): A gloomblade can create a shadowy weapon in a free hand as a move action. This can take the form of any melee weapon with which he is proficient. A gloomblade can have only one shadow weapon in existence at a time; creating a new shadow weapon causes an existing shadow weapon to vanish. At 3rd level, the shadow weapon acts as a magic weapon with a +1 enhancement bonus; this bonus increases by 1 for every 4 levels a gloomblade has beyond 2nd, to a maximum enhancement bonus of +5 at 18th level.
At 7th level, a gloomblade can create (and maintain) two shadow weapons at a time as a move action; if he does, each weapon has an enhancement bonus 1 lower than normal. If a gloomblade creates only one weapon, it gains a weapon special ability of his choice (chosen upon creation); the ability must be valid for the shadow weapon’s weapon type and must be chosen from defending, flaming, frost, keen, ghost touch, merciful, shock, thundering, or vicious
Shadow Weapon Training (Ex): At 5th level, a gloomblade gains weapon training, except that he does not select a weapon group; instead, the bonus applies to the shadow weapons he creates. A gloomblade does not select additional weapon groups as he gains levels.
Raging Drunk (Ex): While raging, the drunken brute can drink a potion, or a tankard of ale or similar quantity of alcohol, as a move action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. A potion has its normal effect, while an alcoholic drink allows the barbarian to maintain her rage that round without expending a round of rage for the day (instead of the alcohol’s normal effects). For each alcoholic drink consumed while raging, the barbarian is nauseated for 1 round when her rage expires, in addition to the normal fatigue that follows a rage.
Flask of Endless Sake* (CL 5): This simple ceramic flask looks like any other normal container for serving sake, or rice wine. If the flask’s silver stopper is removed and the command word spoken, up to 1 gallon of sake can be poured from the flask per round. In addition, once per day, a character can drink directly from the flask to gain the effects of a potion, determined randomly. Roll 1d6 on the following table to determine the type of potion.
1 - heroism
2 - cure moderate wounds
3 - enlarge person
4 - reduce person
5 - lesser restoration
6 - rage
This potion cannot be poured out or saved for later use; it must be drunk, and the potion’s effects take place immediately.
Venom Projection (Ex): The venomblade must take the Spit Venom nagaji racial feat as his 1st-level fighter bonus feat if he does not already have that ability. At 2nd level, he does not provoke an attack of opportunity for using the ability granted by the Spit Venom feat. At 4th level, he can use the ability granted by the Spit Venom feat as a standard action
Spit Viscous Virulent Venom (6/day): You can spit poison up to 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. If you hit, the target must make a successful Fortitude save (DC 17) or be blinded for 1d6 rounds.
Once struck, the target is both exposed to 4d6 points of acid damage and is entangled.
The acid damage affects creatures even if they are immune to poison or succeed at their Fortitude saving throws.
An entangled target can break free from the sticky goo with a successful DC 15 Strength or Escape Artist check as a fullround action or by dealing 15 points of damage to the gooey substance with a slashing weapon
