I took a look at the order for you and it looks like our system wasn't catching all the address information, so I updated it and was able to push the order through on our end. It looks like yours got set to your sidecart, so it will ship with an upcoming subscription order. Because the Roleplaying Game subscription does not have an item releasing on it until April, the Strategy Guide is currently waiting to ship with it. (Some more details about this can be found here.)

If you want yours moved out to ship sooner, please let us know.

But now, the strategy guide does not show in my sidecart either. I don't mind the shipping delay, but I want to make sure I do not miss out on the pdf as well.

I received the pawns and the minis (thanks, they're awesome), but I did not get the strategy guide, nor is it in my downloads. What happened? Thanks!

Hmm...ok, I am now confused. I ordered 2 class decks, and it was reported they were added to my side cart. I figured they would be added to my order to save shipping. However, they have since shipped separately, and my subscription order is still pending? Order #3265199 is the subscription, and #3276192 is the class decks. Sorry for the hassle, it seems subscriptions don't always run smoothly (I am a new subscriber)
