I figure Ugh is the door guy, unless anyone objects. Since we have no rogue (with trapfinding), I believe Ugh has the most hitpoints, has decent senses, and will have uncanny dodge soon. Which ought to make him a pretty good 'door guy'. Ugh has his armor on and his axe in hand as the group carefully approaches the monastery. He keeps a sharp eye out for trouble as they go. 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23 Perception
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
Ugh feels better after a couple nights rest and a fairly uneventful day after the night of the fire. Ugh carries his armor on the trip to the monastery and puts it on once they get close. Then he looks around to see if he can get any idea what might be waiting for the group in there. Also he looks to see if he can see any footprints and perhaps determine what creature or creatures made them. Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Thanks for the dice roller Ross!

"You have idea what creatures might be in monastery?" Ugh asks Almah. Later, when the meeting is about over, Ugh will ask her "You know of old half-orc woman in Kelmerane who lost son to gnoll slavers many years ago? Ugh looking for mother." That is all I can think of to ask her.
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
Relieved that Almah agrees that the pugwampi was the cause of the fire and that the groups investigation proved fruitful Ugh relaxes a bit, grabs another fistful of food and says. "Ugh once from Kelmerane. Ugh taken away by gnolls and sold into slavery. Ugh happy to help take Kelmerane back. Ugh hoping mother is there. Ugh lend axe to this cause." "First Ugh need rest. Travel through desert in armor was bad idea. Where Ugh rest tonight?"
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
Ugh has to duck low and turn sideways to enter Almahs tent. He grabs a handful of food from the table and stuffs it in his mouth. Before he completely swallows the whole bite he answers Almah in one word "Pug-wam-pi". He then defers to the more eloquent speakers in the group to elaborate.
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
Confident that they have resolved the cause of the fire and prevented it from happening again at least from that pugwampi, Ugh finds his armor and a place to rest while he awaits word from Almah. Traveling in the heat in his armor was a bad idea Ugh thinks. Perhaps if he had not worried about the dangers of the desert and his own well being Savrah might still be alive, the fire might have been prevented before it caused so much damage, he might have been able to find the cause of the fire easier. In any case it's all in the past now and he can't go back and change it. Ugh's thoughts turn to his Mother. Is she still here after all of these years? Will she recognize the 'man' Ugh has become? Will she forgive Ugh for letting the gnolls kidnap him and losing her husband as he tried, and eventually succeded, in freeing Ugh? His mind races with these thoughts as his body unwinds.
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
A tear comes to Ughs eye as the remains of Savrah come into view. He did not know her well but knew that she was a decent person not deserving of this fate. When Anala suggests taking the pugwampi to camp, Ugh agrees with a nod, stows his axe and collects the creatures body in his arm. He will then lead the group out of the cacti, slowly and carefully this time trying to keep the group safe from the spikes. not sure what roll to help people through the cacti, survival perhaps? regardless invisible castle is giving me an error message at this time.

Ugh growls in triumph as his mighty axe cleaves the little creature. But then he raises an eyebrow in confusion as the pugwampi mocks him as he dies. Ugh then goes about searching the body while Des helps the others up. Looking in the pugwampis pouch he finds some half burned harrow cards. "Dese must be da cards of da guy who die in fire. We should take dese and show to Almah." Ugh says. He also finds a slightly singed piece of paper stuffed in the pouch. "Can someone read dis? Maybe it have clue why pugwampi attack camp." Ugh asks, handing the paper to whoever wants to read it. Ugh takes the tiny dagger and bow "Dese make good toys for little ones at camp." I realize that illiteracy has gone away for barbarians with Pathfinder RPG. However I think it makes sense that Ugh was not taught to read/write while enslaved and it will be fun to roleplay. Ugh the dumb, loveable, brute.

Ugh hardly notices the pokes and scrapes the cacti give him as he pushes his way through to the pugwampi. Ugh gets shot when he enters the area where the pugwampi are and growls "Dog-man-creature messed with wrong half-orc!" and lays into the nearest one with his greataxe (provided he sees one he can reach). 1d20+1=6 Initiative
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
"Hmm, dat cactus don't look too bad. Watch Ugh back while he go in." Ugh will wade into the cactus (taking whatever damage that causes) and attack the first dog-man-creature (pugwampi) that he sees with his greataxe.

One; I stand back and cover you with the x-bow, while you wade in and start chopping cactus with that axe. Or Two; You grab my belt and lift me up onto your shoulder to see if I can get a clearer shot in at the lil' bugger. What d'you say, mate?" Even as Des is outlining his ideas with a grin, he's turning his back towards the large fellow and getting ready to either be heaved or sprayed in cactus juice. "Ugh lift you so you can shoot. Me am Ugh by the way. Ugh think it not goblin but Pug-wam-pi, little dog man creature." Ugh then drops his greataxe and readies to lift the Half-elf onto his shoulders. Ogre: Ugh approaches the figure, as he does, he grabs his greataxe and tries to hold it in a non-threatening though protective manner. What is the figure? Is it human sized? Smaller (like a pugwampi)? Does it seem to notice me? What does it look to be doing with the torch? Using it for light or does it look ready to set something on fire?
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
"Uh, okay, tiny dog people... Tank you Dashki, Ugh will check into dat." Ugh leaves Dashki once again thankful to be away from his reek. Ugh heads back to the area of the burned down wagon and begins examining the area for tracks of tiny dog feet or any tracks made by any feet that would be consistent with the description of the pugwampi. Survival: 1d20+4=19 If Ugh doesn't immediately find such tracks he will carefully search the area taking 20 (20+4=24)

Dashki wrote: "I already tol' yer packbearer here", he punctuates his sentence by spitting in Ugh's general direction, "I didn't see nothin' near The Seers wagon when the fire started or before that." As he mentions Aloais his voice takes a noticeable sneer. "You tell Ugh you with guards at cookfire when fire start, guards say you were spying on Almah. You keep spit to self and explain dis." Ugh says trying not to lose his temper at the disrespect Dashki is showing Ugh.

Aixa bint'Al Majid wrote: "Perhaps we should go after Anala and Lucius," Aixa tells Ugh. She turns to Garavel. "What will you do about Dashki?" Ugh furrows his singed eyebrows clearly deep in thought, or as deep as is possible for this half-breed. After a moment he speaks "Ugh think Anala and Lucius will be okay. Ugh think it better for us to continue investigating cause of fire. Ugh really want to clobber Dashki but maybe we should give him chance to explain what the guards said about where he was when fire start." Ugh then sighs and says "Ugh not so smart so Ugh go where muh-lady goes. If we go see Dashki you should talk, Ugh will say something to start fight. You should ask sun-lady to protect your nose if we go see Dashki he smell bad."
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
"Dashki tell Ugh he think Almah stupid for hiring Eloias. He tell Ugh he at cooking fire when fire start. Guards tell Axia that Dashki hiding by tree spying on Almah when fire start. So either Dashki lying or guards lying. Ugh think Dashki story stink as much as he does." Ugh says emptying his brain of all he knows about the situation.
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
Ugh frowns at first when Anala goes to search for Savrah instead of following his suggestion of clobbering Dashki. But then he takes in to consideration the darkening skies and the vultures and sees the wisdom in Analas action. So he decides to follow her. He will let her address the people at the wagon as his interpersonal skills are somewhat lacking.

Ogre Spoiler: Ugh slows his pace when he enters the perimeter of Dashki's stench and does his best to hide a grimace on his face. "Why you think Almah fool for hiring fortune teller? You no like fortune tellers or just that one?"
Ugh tries to determine if Dashki is telling the truth about being by the cookfire when the fire started. He makes a mental note to ask the mercenarys if he was there after his conversation with Dashki.
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
"Gnoll expert eh?" Ugh says his interest piqued. Ugh approaches Dashki and says "Ugh hear you a gnoll expert. Gnolls once capture Ugh and sell Ugh into slavery. Ugh not like gnolls at all." he pauses remembering it was from Kelmerane that he was kidnapped by the gnolls. "You see anything about wagon fire? Why it start?"
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
"Ugh find dat owner of wagon was mage, yes. But his magic was with cards and not flashy so he not likely cause fire. Da mercenary's, while not very nice to Axia, were at campfire when blaze started and so did not do it. Why mercenary's at fire on such hot day Ugh not know." Ugh then looks at the ground ashamed "Ugh still not know who, or what cause fire."
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
When Ugh notices the men leering and laughing crudely at Axia, he goes to stand behind her and whispers to her "You not be afraid, you ask your questions. Ugh not let nasty men bother you." He then crosses his arms and glares at anyone disrespecting her. Ugh will play Axias bodyguard during the investigation.
Male Half-orc Barbarian 1
Once the fire is put out Ugh unstraps his armor and throws it to the ground "Errgh! Why Ugh wear armor on hot day?!" he asks himself, he then finds some shade to rest in. When the group is called aside Ugh says "What that wagon for? Magic? It have stars and moons on it. Maybe magic accident cause fire?" Ugh offers to assist someone with investigative skills (Axia maybe?) as a bodyguard. He keeps a sharp eye out (lol) for anything he can see that might aid the investigation. 1d20+4=6 Perception

"Aaahh!" Ugh cries out as he pats the flames down on the few tufts of hair that encircle his mostly bald head. He then makes a bee-line (but does not run, fatigued) for the vessel containing the water that the buckets are being filled with and dunks his head in it. After his head comes back out he considers the vessel... What kind of vessel holds the water being used to put out the fire? Is it something Ugh (or Ugh with help) could lift and carry to the fire?

When Trevvis approaches the bucket brigade, Ugh offers him his place in the line. Then Ugh moves to the front of the line and tells the one in front "You go to back of line for while or you get crispy. Ugh take turn in front." He then shouts to the line behind him "Is starting to work, need to go faster!"

The big half-orc, a rare but not unheard of sight in Katapesh, rides quietly toward the caravans destination. During the trip those who speak with Ugh find him to be kinder and gentler than he appears. It seems this trip is a homecoming for Ugh. Kelmerane was where an adolescent Ugh was abducted by raiding gnolls to be sold into slavery. It is where he hopes to be reunited with his mother. Always with Ugh is his greataxe. This axe is as much a work of art as it is a useful weapon. The intricate steel blades form a demons countenance where it meets the decoratively carved hilt. Anyone who speaks with Ugh at any length quickly learns that this was his fathers axe and is his most prized possession. His father died using this axe to free Ugh from slavery. Ugh is always on the lookout, scanning the horizon for any sign of trouble, often moving to the rear to check behind. When camp is made, he always offers to take first watch.
