Is 48.95 for UPS Ground shipping correct for this order? Also my card was charged 50.09 more and all that got added was The Redemption Engine and the Alchemy Manual.

The Gift Certificate I just purchased isn't showing up. Can someone please take a look?

When ever I try to place an order for anything on the site except for gift certificate I get an error message about the card not being valid. When I place an order for a gift certificate the order goes thru (for the most part it still hasn't show up in my account) The only difference in the ordering process is that when I order the gift certificate the system prompts me to enter the 3 digits on the back of my card. This doesn't happen on the other orders.

I haven't received a Gift Certificate claim code yet from this order. Now it could be that I am just not being patient enough but can you take a look at this?

Once I have the certificate activated I will need to apply it to a pending order. For some reason I wasn't able to directly have the pending order charge my card.

I will be updating my payment information in the next few days so my pending subscriptions can ship (sorry about that) but I need to change the shipping to ground. It is currently set to 2nd day air and changing it via the drop down doesn't change it on the pending subscription.

I need to add the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game: Rise of the Runelords Character Add-On Deck to my pending order. I mistakenly told customer service that I wanted it to start with deck 2 when I need it to start with the Character Add-On Deck.
